Recreation Directors should call with your field conditions before 8:00 a.m. for Saturday games and before 3:00 p.m. for evening games. Field playing conditions will then be recorded on the rainout line after 8:00 a.m. for day games and after 3:00 p.m. for evening games. Coaches and Recreation Directors
can check field playability shortly after that time.
