Fall Soccer, Volleyball and Flag Football 2009
Games are scheduled to begin on September 11th or 12th.

ESCRA Fall Soccer and Flag Football will be divided based on Age and
not Grade for the Fall 2009 season. Age divisions will be as follows: Soccer
5 and Under (Coed)
6 and Under (Coed)
8 and Under (Boys or Girls)
10 and Under (Boys or Girls)
12 and Under (Boys or Girls)
Flag Football 8 and Under (Boys)
10 and Under (Boys)
12 and Under (Boys)
The age cutoff is November 1, 2009 which means, for example, that a boy
playing in the 8 and Under division cannot turn 9 until after November
1, 2009. Players are eligible for an age division as long as they
remain that age through November1, 2009. ESCRA Policies and Procedures
WHAT IS ESCRA? ESCRA (East Shelby Church Recreation Association) is a non-profit organization that was formed to provide a recreation league for churches in Shelby County.
MISSION STATEMENT: To provide and promote recreation between churches in Shelby County in a Christ-honoring environment.
OUR PURPOSE:
1. Provide athletic competition for all ages;
2. To promote a wholesome environment that will assure a spirit of fair play and sportsmanship.
3. To promote participation in team sports.
4. To encourage sports fellowship that honors Jesus Christ.
